"Elvis" Baz Luhrmann's vision

Saw this over the weekend.

Not a fan of Elvis but it wasn't bad. I like Baz's work. I was expecting more "Great Gatsby" all kinds of color acid trip.

  I saw a preview with Tom Hanks as Colonel Parker did not recognize him in all the makeup

  Yeah Tom did the Gary Oldman in "Hannibal" fat suit and rubber.

  Today I heard on the radio that Baz is sitting on a 4 hour cut of this movie. Like Ridley Scott's 4 hour cut of "Blade Runner". That might be something.
