Call from Lowes 7.00 AM... They have our new Freezer for delivery in 10 mins.

    Take a video of the delivery path into the spot of installation. That will help document any damage that careless delivery help may do. I don't think the delivery crews are Lowes employees. I think they contract out to anyone with a box truck and insurance. And drug testing be damned.

    They were in a big Lowe's truck and unloaded in the back building... All they had to do was unbox, plug in and leave.

    I used to be a delivery driver for Lowe's...............and they are indeed........employed by Lowe's. And we were, in fact, drug tested.

    Sears is the one who contracted outside delivery............and they were very careless.

    Take pictures of the appliance when the delivery team takes it off the box truck and take photos if any damage is incurred while delivering into the house. Lowe's will make it right.

    The two Jamacians who delivered were givin' a tip... go up the driveway it has an incline... and stay on the driveway.. They noticed a few appliances all shot up next to the building...

    Our recent fridge was from Lowes. The drivers couldn't have been nicer & did a great job. They even gave me all the extra cardboard appliance boxes. The large panels are great for target backers & the long, molded interior corners offer extra protection for shipping, etc.
