...The guy was beyond lucky...bear spray my butt...I would guess since the guy was Moose hunting, I'd guess that he had a large caliber rifle... soon as she charged Id been doing my best to drop her...just doing what I do, trying to survive...

That bear had a lucky day.
I would not hunt with that group of people, they are too weak upstairs.

In Alaska a gun shot is a dinner bell for Yogi on steroids.
Friend harvested a moose up there. One stood guard while rest of crew worked up the meat.
Bear heads were popping up everywhere.

I was up at Elmendorf AFB way back. Went moose hunting once. That was a enough! Bears all over the place.
