M50 Gas Mask Comms lead

Hoping to find a Vet that knows what downlead/PTT works with the M50 mask "microphone lead" 71009/4 to connect it to a PTT or a "lead" which would be a "two pin male and a male peltor plug" to any 6pin or 10pin PTT?
