One good sale and my freezer is full again.
Last Friday I went to Lucky's. Just went to pick up 30 pack of Natty Ice but they only had Natty lite. So I was disappointed not getting 30 cans of beer for $16. Went by the meat isle and saw that they had pork butt for .99 cents. I figure it'll be the last time I'll see pork butt under a buck so I bought one twin pack. I'll smoke them for the family who's letting me camp on their farm as a thank you. I'll also take a bottle of Platte Valley corn whiskey as it's my people's drink. Yes Japanese can be hill folk.
I'm thinking Bo Ssam and Tacos with the smoked butt. Since their kids might not be adventurous for Bo Ssam but tacos, everyone eat tacos. After all California in my neck of the woods is Mexico.

Huh??? You filled your freezer after a month of saying you have to vacate for awhile and was working to empty everything??

20 pounds of twin pack pork butt takes up a lot of room.

You need a bigger freezer. We oddly enough have 3 freezers. A chest freezer in the garage plus 2 refrigerator freezers in the kitchen. We really needed a bigger refrigerator but it was easier, space-wise to put a 2nd fridge / freezer in the kitchen.
