"Sniper. White Raven" based on true story?
It's about a pacifist physics teacher in Ukraine Donbas Region back in 2014 who became a sniper. I hope the dude that the movie was "based" on survived 2014. If so I wonder if he's back on the line?

Simo Hayah was a Finnish sniper in WW II called "White Death". He killed over 500 men during the winter war.

Shooting tripod shown in the post @NeoBlackdog made, looks like the Bog's Deathgrip tripod I bought a couple mo. ago. Not cheap @ $150'ish, but extremely well made sturdy and infinitely adjustable.
*Better than any shooting platform I have ever used.

KenK/84Bravo - $150 ain't a bad price. Kind a cheap compared to the silly prices I paid for my bipods. I've seen some tripods I like with the carbon fiber that makes them look pretty. Maybe later?
Oh that reminds me I was told there was a new longer range near me in King City. Actually it's in Soledad. https://www.astoriarange.com/ 700 yards!!! I can finally see how my Maten can preform. I'll be camping out near there when my place is getting fumigated. I'll have to go see.
