Free fishing license.
Well, almost free. California, yes California!, will issue an annual fishing license for $8.64 to any disabled vet with 50% disability or more no matter what state you live in. My daughter is visiting from Co. and she just got one. It takes a little paper work, but well worth it. A regular non resident costs $145.80 and a resident costs $60.00. And once registered you are good for life. Set the hook my friends.

NH has a combination Hunting and Fishing license for seniors 68 or older for $7 per year and if 75 or older you get permanent license for free.
For disabled vets with 80% or more disability they have a one time fee and license is permanent. The fee is sliding scale based on age.

That is good to know, even though I don't live near there, I applaud and commend NH for this generous offer. I have new respect for The Live Free Or Die State. Ed
