Yeah He (Baldwin) fired the firearm. He is guilty of negligence, at the very least. (No matter how many people involved, you insure your firearm is not loaded.) [Always.] It's called being "Personally Responsible."

I sure do not know the details of what happened there. It definately appears what he did was not safe or close to appropriate for anyone trained properly with a firearm.Similar to shooting in the air, shooting in the water, shooting without a proper backstop, or handing someone a loaded firearm. A 14 year old kid was killed when a hunting party member unloaded his gun in the backseat of the car? First fatality of the gunseason.

Not suprising, the guy is a narcissistic loser. His grown daughter hates him , he has ruined his relationship with some or all of his siblings. I bet he blames others and takes no responsibility for those destroyed relationships
