I believe that may very well be your best one yet, Don. 🤔😉😂

I already have a Ka-Bar. Thanks for the Heads Up, though.

I generally pack a Boy Scout knife in my pocket, or a Russell Green River 6" Hunter on my hip. I'm partial to things that do many things well--hence my fondness for combination guns--but somehow a Swiss Victorinox pocket knife seems a bit alien for an old USA ex-scouter that don't give a hoot fer the Swiss. I've got several scout knives; won't have one that warn't made in the U.S of A. I thought I'd buy a Buck to carry, but a feller can git burned; some Bucks are now made in (God help us!) China!! Still looking, though, for one of the regular old Boy Scout 5-blades; the one with the leetle short phillips screwdriver, besides the big blade, the can opener, the awl and the caplifter/screwdrver. Anybody got an extra one of those? It don't hafta be shiny/purty, just still stout and usable.

I haven't counted but I probably have over one hundred knives, way over. I looked at the Kabar site and didn't really see anything I wanted. The next blade I purchase will probably be a high-quality axe. Gransfors Bruks is a possibility. Over $200.00 but maybe worth it. Council Tool also makes a good axe, and they are only 50 miles from here in N.C.

I have an old Council Tool axe that I take good care of and had it more years than I can remember.

    Thanks for the heads-up @toad67!

I ordered me another one, and got a few for my nephew for Christmas gifts.

You also get free shipping if you spend enough($75, I think)

Where can one find out the values of vintage Italian made autos? Thanks

    Italian Date Codes (unblinkingeye.com)

There will be a two letter code on the outside of the gun.

SORRY, I thought you were asking about production dates. The only to access values for most things is to find recent comparable sales.

They showed an example "tactical style" knife on the news tonight. It was a K-Bar USMC
