I am not rooting for either side in this war. I think it's all just horrible. A lot of the Russian soldiers don't have much choice in whether they serve. Russia was stupid for the invasion but Ukraine isn't guiltless, not to mention the horrible child trafficking they do there.

Putin stepped on his **** here. Not only is he Not accomplishing his goals, he has exposed for all the World to see - how inept his vaunted Military really is. (Supply, logistics, morale, leadership, etc. etc.) Not to mention the wasted lives. (On both sides.)
Not to mention the unrest at home in Mother Russia. Putin is more vulnerable now, than at any time in his reign. IMHO. Unfortunately, that makes him all the more unpredictable and dangerous. His back is against the wall.

His fighting force is getting thin. So many evacuated the country unless he starts using women he will be outnumbered very soon.

Yup. Remember all those years when the US government and their media stooges keep warning us about "The Russians Are Coming"? Of course Russia was shown to be a paper tiger in the moon race after the US went there (at least in theory) and Russia could care less.
