Interesting that Dusty Baker has the most wins of any manager, yet this is his first World Series win ,,,,, ๐Ÿ˜Š

Yep, the garbage can kids just won (?) another. Too bad so many of those senior players will never see a hall of fame--I'm pretty sure Altuve, at least, would have made it--if they hadn't gotten caught cheating, and all their personal stats were tainted. Oh, well, Pete Rose, the bash brothers, Bonds, Sammy Sosa, and A-roid Rodriguez can use the company in their hall: the hall of shame!

But it's OK from the leagues officials for the players to wear ear pieces for instruction during the game ? I think not. I favor the trash cans myself, pretty original but then again maybe not since trash cans have been in dugouts since the beginning of trash ๐Ÿ˜Š. Even in our modern era casino's are permitted to advertise from league bosses inside the stadium, next they'll be selling steroids at the concession stands ๐Ÿ™„. I'm not sure baseball is America's sport anymore.

It started downhill with the designated hitter.

Only five players from that team are still on the roster and there is no proof any one of those cheated. Yet you will condemn them for how long? Still condemning shoeless Joe? Whether or not, they have played fair and hard, and they have won This. And Bregman is hometown for me, so I have his back. Bring it.

The cheating affects their stats--even Verlander's, for win/loss. Cheating is cheating; you get caught, there has to be a penalty. Bregman's great 3rd baseman, but his overall stats are as tainted as the rest of them. Or are we going to reinstate Pete Rose, who was a fantastic ballplayer, and Barry Bonds, and Mcguire and Sosa and Payroid and all...everybody is ok with Roger Maris's 61*; the asterisk because the Babe's was in a 144-game season, and Hank Aaron's total, and now Lurch from the Yankees has a legitimate 62*...but there's gotta be rules! Steal signs from the bench, but not from the bleachers; no corked bats, no flat footballs, no bus rides in the middle of a marathon, and from now on, no spitballs--or no halls of fame. I will concede to electronic strike-calling--now that they've got the centerfield cameras, I've seen too many games swing on bad umpire calls--maybe since the umps can now look at the gloves for slickum, maybe the managers should be able to look at the umpires' bank accounts for graft. But if we don't trust the score...it's all over! Worldwide wrestling! Beauty contests! Fake news! Fake "steals"! "Didn't inhale"!
