Yet another moon shot
And NO, it didn't involve an indecent exposure arrest.
Finally figured out mirror lock-up on my 6D. That helped eliminate some/most of the vibration blur.
Since I ate my Wheaties for breakfast today I braved digging out the Bogen 3046 tripod that I bought in my younger, much younger days and mounted up the Sigma 150-600 C with a 2X teleconverter. Focus seems to hold up well at 100%, but falls apart at 300% zoom. Since I don't do this for a living I'm gonna call it "close enough for the girls I date".

I dropped that last night intending to have a go at it with DPP4 editor, but Forge beat me to it.

Very nice! When I saw in the Navy and out to sea, we would sneak up to the signal bridge at night and look at the moon thru the "big-eyes". Crystal clear. Would love to have a pair of them..........
