I just brewed my first pot of Tim Horton's Dark Roast Coffee, and it is pretty good. Very smooth, not acidic, good flavor. Seems the Canadians got something right.

  Not everything in Canada is bad, my son lives in Montreal.

  The steak seasoning from Montreal is not bad on fried taters but I would never ruin a steak with it.

  Careful! Diagreeing can get you hammered! Curious, how do you determine the acidity of coffee? By messages from your stomach? Is it listed somewhere? pH meter?
