Rep. George Santos Thoughts?
I've read several interesting articles on this newcomer, none of which paint a very flattering picture of him, he claimed to have multiple college degree's, a masters, etc. Yet when several reporters reached out to the colleges he claimed to attend they had absolutely no record of him ever attending those schools. He then claimed to be a Wall Street financier and investor, yet representatives from Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, where he claimed to have worked said they had no record of his employment. To top it all off, now he's claiming that his grandparents survived the holocaust. Which several genealogists along with the holocaust museum say that there's zero evidence to back his claim up.
What truly vexes me, is why you would lie about these kinds of things when it's so easy to debunk them. It's one thing to embellish your resume a little, it's a totally different thing to make the above mentioned claims. Anyways, just thought I'd see what your thoughts are on the matter.

lol, yeah definitely not Biden this time around. It just seems strange to me at least to lie about things like this which can be so easily debunked..

The GOP house should censure him and ban him from any committee assignments. He was voted in and can’t be expelled, but should be an object lesson for the future.

Well I have to agree but if you think the politicians are liars, main stream media lies are exponential. If you are a DEMOCRAT, the media will do their lying for them.

I agree and that would be the Intelligent and responsible thing to do. Of course we are talking about politicians, so I doubt if that will happen as most are neither intelligent or responsible. Bob

It looks like Brazil is now trying to pursue the check fraud against him as well, it's not like he's going to be extradited over it, but still it's pretty crazy. I just don't understand why you would lie about things that can be SO easily proven to be false. He essentially lied about his entire upbringing, being from an extremely wealthy family with properties all over, going to an expensive prep school, his various college degree's, working at multiple financial institutions as an investment banker, setting up a charity (which he's now being investigated for.) etc. It's also come out that multiple friends loaned him a fairly large amount of money which he never paid back and they actually took him to court over it and he was ordered to pay it back which apparently he still hasn't done. He also hosted fundraisers for some sort of animal shelter or organization of some sort then pocketed the money. Plus there's the whole being Jewish, and his family "surviving" the holocaust. Not to mention his mother being some sort of banking executive and being in one of the towers on 9/11 and her dying years after the fact due to exposure to the fallout from the towers collapsing. Sure politicians lie, it doesn't matter which side of the isle they sit on, it's pretty much a guarantee, but this guy has lied about literally EVERYTHING.. The extent of the lies just seem crazy..

He is there for some reason. There is no way people on both sides did not know about this man. They allowed him to be elected for some reason. And McCarthy said he had given him his word that he would behave from now on, which would make McCarthy a fool if he took his word for anything.

More information on this scum bag. Read my thread here in Politics - "George Santos, New Revelations." This News broke yesterday, I watched the interview with the Two Veterans involved last night. I believe this will be the straw that broke the camels back. He needs to go.
