We're at 7 now and supposed to hit a high of -1 Wednesday and a low Wednesday night of -21. They're telling us we could get up to a foot of snow tonight. I'll believe it when I see it.
Had I been wrong in my career as often as the weatherman is allowed to be I'd have starved to death years ago.

I've not looked myself yet, but I've been told it is supposed to be between 3-5° Fri. night.
That's pretty cold for around here. (I believe -14° was the overnight low a few years back. Setting a record.)

Prognosticators are all over the place in SEMO. Snow Monday and Thursday with wild guesses about accumulation. Low Thursday is supposed to be 5. Not record breaking. Couple of years ago we had negative numbers for multiple days.

My wife and met with our sons and their families saturday for dinner and walk thu a historic park . the park really go all in decortaing really nice place
one DIl was talking about the upcoming snow storm
she Said now ther saying from 3 to 15 inches she continued on with I bet we just get the 3 inches

Thursday night the clipper blows in in southern, IL. and it's going to be -10 here with 30-45 wind. Telling you that's cold here around these parts. Getting all my running done and supplies for Christmas and hope power stays on as they projecting outages cause of the wind. No generator, yea, should have one but it has not been needed for 20 years here except one time. See how it goes, juice and vodka on the menu.

15" of real fluffy snow and 7 degrees. Still comin' down and supposed to be way below 0 the next few days.

In west central Illinois we get every type of winter storm there is. They do tend to sensationalize the weather it seems like anymore. Light snow and a lot a wind is the worst, get a lot of drifting of snow which sucks.
But here is the beauty part of all this weather coming, I’m retired and I can look down the lane from my house and say, I ain’t going out there.

It was in the 50's yesterday. I was out running errands wearing a long sleeve flannel shirt. Currently in the 20's, but 40s are expected today. Thursday afternoon it drops here in SW MO. Possibility of snow and then cold -1 to 10F.
