Why yes I have. I have been fully adjudicated incompetent and insane by all (D)'s, BLM, ANTIFA and the members of all gun control groups. It is a badge I wear with honor.

No authority other than a court applies.
(It doesn't matter how many times you mother-in-law has called you a stupid SoB)

HIPPA laws only apply to the medical profession (doctors, nurses and their staff or employees). If you tell someone you are loonie tunes they can tell anyone they want to, but your doctor could not confirm it without your consent.

After a career in mental health I have learned most folks are bonkers Any decent psychologist could interview most folks and find a valid diagnosis to commit them to a hospital .

That would be a legal ruling and I don't think that HIPPA rules would be violated by it's disclosure.

Being adjudicated almost sounds like it would hurt. I may need some anesthesia before anybody attempts to adjudicate me!!

There were some concerns when it was discovered that I waded into a two alarm fire with a leaf blower.

On a side note it is possible to push the ISO of 35mm film to way past what you think is possible, when you have a special need. By the way I haven't thanked Bob quite nearly enough.
