Just took a look. There's a couple new things alright. It says I have 33 badges. If I wore those all at once I'd look like one of those North Korean Generals......However, one of the "birthday cake" badges states that I am a founding member, which I am not.

What is the definition of "founding" member? I too am one, but I joined in Jan 2021, not in 1999. I have also been promoted 3 times with no pay increase. What is the point of having more responsibility with no more pay?

I wonder if "founding member" applies to the new board switch. We all had to re-establish memberships, if you recall. If you were a member on the old board, perhaps that qualifies you as a "founder."
The badges and promotions are meaningless, of course. Participation trophies.
