Bitrail.... anyone know how to actually get that site to work?

... Like ever log in? ever? Or why we are supposed to use only our bank account on a website that first up warns you it is not a secure website?


Or does anyone know a way to talk with a human being at gunbroker? Or at least a robot that understands the spoken or typed word?


If you can't tell... I think this new payment system is easily the most dysfunctiional thing I have seen in quite some time. For payment, no less. Bravo.

    I don't know what happened, but I used to take Bitrail and it was discontinued by the website some time ago. When it came back I didn't sign back up because I never understood what the deal was when it shut down. It was a good option for people that wanted to pay online, but not pay the CC fees. The sellers are charged a small fee, but its not as bad as the credit card processors. If they had any explination on why it was suddenly shut down that I could understand I might have signed back up. Bitrail has its own customer support team....I'm sure they will be able to answer your questions if you contact them.

    The reason I came here is because Bitrail's help is worse than their website. They have me assigned to one guy... who says I both have an account and just need to reset my password, and that htere is no account with my Email.


    Bitrail says this when I try to open an account since he said (today) I have none:

    "Hi Rufus,

    An account already exists for Bitrail using this email address. To access it, you can sign in or reset your password.

    If you didn’t try to sign up for a new account, you can safely ignore this email.

    This email is a service from Bitrail. Delivered by Zendesk"


    I go to the Bitrail page... it say no.


    Bitrail , neither the human nor the computer, know what they are even saying, contradicting themselves wildly in the same massages.

    Yeah.... I had searched all of that before posting.


    I have never seen a website so screwed up as Bitcoin. They'll tell you in the same sentence your account is there and doesn't exist. Incredibly incapable customer service.

    Why I may feel for your predicament, there is nothing anyone here can do for you. And please read the forum guidelines, where you will find that these forums have no ability to do much of anything with what goes on at the auction side of the house. I didn't close your post when you posted it because as Jim pointed out there are some other discussions about bitrail, but apparently they were no help for you so closing this post now.
