New 4473 out December 2022
ATF has published a revised Form 4473 to meet requirements set forth in the NICS Denial Notification Act and Bipartisan Safer Community Act (BSCA), as well as the implementation of ATF Final Rule 2021R-05F. The revisions address enhanced background checks, Privately Made Firearms (PMFs), and more.
Though the revised form will not become mandatory until April 1, 2023, ATF encourages all FFLs to begin using the amended Form 4473 immediately, which can be downloaded and printed from the ATF's website. Paper forms will be made available from the ATF Distribution Center on February 1st.
Mostly deals with Privately Made Weapons, Waiting periods, and addition of questions on distribution of buyer selling firearms.

They used to send us the forms but the owner of the gun shop on the other side of my wall just told me that you have to print them yourself now.

Every FFL I deal with has it all electronic anyway.

According to ATF website new forms can be downloaded for immediate use but hard copies will be available by order.
Website for ordering forms must have not been updated, still showing 2020 updated form.

Just when everyone gets used to this form change. They go an make a new change. All ready is a mess with some of the older buyers tring to explain some of the questions. Like why do i have to say I am non Hispanic or Hispanic. I just shake my head an say answer it.

My guy did not have it today, and I won't be buying many more, nothing I want that I don't have. I am going to take Kasey another load in April.

I just printed three sets; four pages instead of the old three, the last of which includes, among other things, a paper reduction act notice.

Exactly.....I will not waste paying for the ink to print a form that they should provide.
