I've got the "Auto Dog Release," hooked up to the Jeep, for when Ricci/hillbille attempt to abscond with said Wench. (Err............Winch.)

    Should be amusing to watch.

So Ken, instead of a "Trunk Monkey," it sounds like you have a "Back Seat Buddy."

Years ago Shooting Times had a Dumb Crook Of The Month Award. Their stupidity was unbelievable.

That is impossible. WalMart does not prosecute liftshoppers.

Our Store had a policy (behind the scenes) of not prosecuting shoplifters. Shoplifting got way out of hand. It reverted to "I don't care if you are stealing something about a $ worth in value, we will prosecute you." I was the Manager most involved in the prosecution. "Your wrecking my clients life, etc." Uhh..............No. Your "Client" decided to do that. The statistic I heard was that the "average" shoplifter had gotten away with it about 34 times before being caught. 😠

It sucked, but our "Shoplifting," plummeted after word got out. I am a firm believer in stick it to em' they will think twice next time.

Kinda reminds me of Frank Reagan's (Blue Bloods)......"Broken Windows" policy.

The asst. manager from a local supermarket was a regular in our court & sat with the officers. If an employee was caught, they got the perp walk up & down past all the cashiers.

I worked for Krogers for over 40 years, we caught a local city cop shoplifting cigarettes. When the manager took him to court the judge threw it out stating he smoked all his life and it was habit to just pick the pack up and put in his shirt pocket and he had meant to pay for them all along!!!!!! we had a big meeting and he told us then he didn't want us following shoplifters around he didn't care if they stole us blind anymore, and the free coffee was over for the city cops...........
