I can relate every day and most things I do every day. Seems like what used to take and hour now takes two or three hours.

we were at my SIL for Thanksgiving and talking about getting old she told her about her memory slipping , I commented just wait when you walk into the kitchen and forget waht you went after. until you get back to the living room and sit back down 😁

I've been a procrastinator for much of my life. Taking the time to thoroughly think things through, again and again before plunging into the project\problem\or whatever. I have discovered that procrastination is a precursor to CRS.😐️

Honestly, music is magical. My wife's late mom suffering from the late stages of Alsheimer's could sing songs and carry a tune with all the right words! TRUE STORY.
