buyer cancels order
How can I the "seller" clear an offer from a "buyer" who sends a cancel order by email but the order is never cleared

didn't think a buyer could "cancel" an order. to get your money back I think you need to file non paying bidder with gun broker auction side.

Once the sale is closed it is a done deal. If the buyer does not pay file a non paying bidder report. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER! If you do not do this you will not get your money back.
Why did the buyer "cancel" the order?
