Hearing this song made me feel old

I am driving home listening to the radio and Van Halen's Happy Trails comes on.. I am a Van Halen fan so I turn it up a bit and enjoy their rendition of Happy Trails. I get home and out of curiosity google when they released it HOMYGAWD, 1982. How could it be forty years ago? Well, just to make myself feel a bit older I google to see when Roy and Dale released their version.....................................................................1952.

The time sure does fly by...

    It's so easy to grow old it just slips by like a blink of a eye and sadly It's gone

    And then be reminded about it when things and people from our youth are declared old or now dead

    Sad fact ? I am sure most of us now know more dead people than we do live ones

    After thinking on it a day or two hearing a old song and my joints cracking and poping reminding me I am old and getting older

    Just means I am still above ground so a lot better than what it could be lol
