  I have almost no faith that this will pass, I HOPE it does. It makes sense, so they wont understand it nor pass it!!

  Some states ignore Supreme Court rulings. They would ignore this, as well.

  This is a fantastic bill. It will go nowhere but it should be supported by all gun owners. It is not like the national concealed carry bills of past days, which would be both unconstitutional and draconian. This allows the power to remain with the states, and in particular allows for constitutional carry in all states if your home state allows it.
