Andrew Jackson had the Supreme court to rule against him on a issue, he said "well they ruled against me now let's see them enforce their ruling", they didn't/couldn't.........bottom line, it's well known Presidents are very powerful and get what they want, remember Obama and his Obama Care act, many other examples in our history that are out there. They may have to go around their elbow to achieve their goal but the power can get them there if desired.
