You can use the site

https://tinyurl.com/app

to create a shorter URL for a link. It is sometimes necessary* as there are occasions when the autofilter will filter out a word in the link you want to share. The site is very easy to use. It takes the url you paste into the dialog box there, and creates a new (and usually much shorter--- thus the site name) URL for you. The interface looks like this:

*Note that by "sometimes necessary" it is because news sites will use certain words in their link to describe the context of their article. This in no way is intended to be a bypass for banned discussion topics. Do not link those here using any means.
