Just change the barrel if it comes down to the wire
A few of the internet gun lawyers and pod casters have said if you decide to register one as long as the paper work is submitted your good to go
And also said no way their going to do anything for at least 60 days see how the congress and law suits come out
Then decide if they want to register theirs

Just remove the brace and keep it stored. I could be wrong BUT they did not outlaw the brace.......just the brace on the short barrel pistols. If so, why are they telling people to register or destroy them?? Just more scare tactics.

So I have to take the SB Tactical SBA3 off and Put the SB Mini in its place. Reading the Ruling that makes it legal.

120 oz or less ( with out accessories)
26 inches or less
6.5 pistol buffer tube. Can not have a tube that has the adjustment hole for stock / brace.
Length of pull no more than 12"
Scope or Sight capable of being used as a pistol ??

my guess if it passes and makes it thru all the law suits and fighting there will be a few unlucky souls caught and made examples out of to scare the rest of us
I am still waiting on my check for replacement and stress I had to endure for the bump stock they declared illegal and had to dispose of using a hammer and now a couple years later the courts just in finally and say there legal to own

No reason to get a new reciever. Remove brace or install longer barrel

a GOA laywer tonight pointed out rule 88 ?
he said after 88 days if your form has not been approved its automatically denied and no way could the ATF process 40 million sets of paper work in such a short time so he said they did not know who he was he just aproched as a laywer representing a client he ask a BATF agent and got a deer int he head light look he ask to speak to some up the pay scale that agent after taliking said well yes if denied then you could to be prosecuted for having a SBR
normal you have to file get the ok then buy the gun but now millions have the gun already and filing paper work so in th eeyes of the BATF your already a felon
he pointed out all the people who may or will sent their address photos finger prints pictures of the gun all the info need to prosecute some on could be charged the agent said well yes .
he pointed out it to the viewers he could not say dont register or send your info but think about what they just said
and that even the BATF did not think the entire rule thru , and all the implications they were just bending over for biden
I will see If I can find the interview, I was not paying that much attention to which youtuber had it posted I was just watching youtube and letting it just auto piolt thru the gun pod cast and it caught my attention.
its truly a 300+ plus page mess even the lawyers are struggling with and most admit they can not even tell the people what they need to do

I ordered some 5.5 inch flash hiders that I will have pin and welded on my 2 10.5 pistols.
I have 14.5 inch bushmaster upper that I will pin and weld my 2.7inch Dead Nomad Keymo suppressor mount to.
That will take care of the AR pistols.
Also have CZ Scorpion and an AK pistol, that I'm not sure what to do with. Both would suck as pistols and look stupid with 16 inch barrels. I might just sell them as pistols.
