Help with order

I won an auction for an item. I sent the seller a message asking what the address was he wanted the MO sent to. I received no correspondence and I found next to the sellers contact info in won orders it said Order Canceled. He has 200 positive no neg. reviews. what would be going on here? I get he may not have thought the item would sell for the base amount he had for the auction but to just cancel the order. Or am I missing something? I have never seen this in my use of GB. Thanks for any guidance.

  My guidance would be to continue to try to contact the seller and raise an issue with GB support.
