The technical term is "Dunlop." Cause it dunlops over his belt.

That is a defective ladder! It doesn't appear to have the fold down tray that is great for holding your lunch or snacks. Sort of like a t.v. tray for work. Of course that may be why I might resemble that pic just a tiny bit. Bob
