Again, it was justified(or sounds to me it was) BUT he locked up, set the alarm and left. No call to 911, no checking in the supposedly injured customer.

This one will be not guilty, unless their is more to the story.

BUT call 911 and report any shooting! He should have locked himself inside and called. I understand he was afraid, but it sure makes him look bad.

I hope he requests a jury. At least one of the twelve will not find him guilty. Someone should start a gofundme to defray his expenses.

I'd let him go with a hand shake and a thank you.

When I was about ten, they called my Dad back for Korea. We went to Ft. Hood for awhile.

An enlisted friend of his was on guard duty at the stockade. A man tried to escape. Dad's friend yelled twice: "stop or I'll shoot". The man didn't stop.

Then Dad's friend shot him in the back with his O3-A3.

Court marshaled him; found him justified, fined him a dollar and gave him a carton of Luckies.

There was a pharmacist in Oklahoma City that successfully defended his open store against armed robber(s). This was all on camera and to this point, was all fully justified. However, the guy goes off screen for a few seconds and comes back and shoots the guy on the ground a couple more times. Apparently when he left view, grabbed another weapon, and came back and put several more into the guy on the ground. The jury decided that this later part was a step too far as the fight was over, and the employees were out of danger. He is currently serving life in prison.

    I remember the pharmacist story

th elatest one with th efellow in th edinner is getting a lot of questions why he shot the guy in the back and why so many times

but I see almost every week a LEO even two or three will dump their full magazines into a perp and crickets as it should be

My first question to the jury would be " What would you have done differently?"

    1960 - justified.

2023 - charged with murder and your life is ruined forever, job gone, savings spent, baby momma sueing you for unlawful death and your life will never be the same. Kneecap 'em. Revolvers leave no evidence. Never, ever tell anyone about it.
