mrmike08075. If I recall, some members here passed the hat to buy one of his guns that he listed on the auction side and sent it back to him. We all felt sorry for him because he had pancreatic cancer-for 10 years. I could never figure that one out.
I put $300 of my own $$ into that little debacle. Live and Learn. So much for trying to do something nice for someone "in need." I felt totally used by that dude.
He went to another forum after getting booted here, for falsely claiming guns as his, that he was taking internet photos of. (We all here knew what he was doing towards the end.) He started doing the exact same thing with the photos, almost immediately. (Trapp55 and i had several private conversations about it.) We gave ADMIN a heads up. Trapp55 jumped his case (with permission) and Mike got all overly defensive, (and) got the Boot.
That guy had some issues.

That was “big sky redneck.” Also known as BSR. yes, he was very entertaining with some of his stories. I tried to meet up with him a couple times when he was in my area but it didn’t happen.
I met with Lonnie a couple of times here when he was trucking. He quit the over the road trucking and went to work in Wyoming where he lives, driving, I think for a local mining operation. Shortly after, he quit posting and answering e-mails. work

What ever happened to Lonnie??? Forget his call sign. He was living in Montana, but originally from PA. Always liked his, as he told you like it was.

What about the great leathersmith that use to post photos of his hany work I think they even had a sticky for him at one time
He was a awesome leather Smith showing belt rigs holsters and Saddles he had made I would liked to had one but since I never really go any place to show it off of get any real use

The first people I ever spoke with on this form was Perry Shooter and rufesnow, very knowledgeable when it came to firearms. I’m not saying others here aren’t as knowledgeable. They were the first to help me out with questions I had. I miss reading their posts.

My Brother flew for the same group. 160th SOAR (Special Operations Air Regiment) 101st ABN.
