A great way to start the morning.
Pulled up to the boat ramp and watched the sun rise over the Intercoastal Waterway this morning with a large mug of hot coffee. Then watched the full moon sink in the west over Bank's Channel. I took some photos of the moon, but it is hard to see. It is there in the middle.

Well, it is getting smaller. I have lost just over 130 lbs. this year. I have been eating much better and hitting the weights.
