I watch the highlights every day. He admitted on the stand that he is a massive Oxycodone junkie, and he admitted that he was at the murder scene, 3 minutes prior to the gunfire. He also admitted that he stole millions from his own law firm. He is an amoral man.

Netflix just came out with a documentary on him and his families history. Amazing and disturbing what his family has done in the past. 5 people have wound up dead related to their family.

The totality of his behavior and (admitted) Crimes, leads me to believe he is Guilty.
He deserves to be in Prison for the rest of his Life. Taking $$ meant for his Client's that were wronged and actually needed/deserved that $$, as opposed to this Jack Wagon that stole in order to maintain his "Wealthy Lifestyle," from people "He looked in the eye," and trusted him. Some being close friends. He is an admitted Liar, who saw his World closing in on him. Like his (admitted) false attempt on his Life, (after the murders) in order for his remaining Son to get his Life Insurance.
Personally, I believe you are going to see this (admitted) repeated/repetitive Liar, Convicted. (And) I believe deservedly So.

That this arrogant Idiot, (cleaned it up) even Thinks he is going to be found Not Guilty, is the height of Arrogance and lack of Credulity on his part. He has Never, taken responsibility for anything in his Life. Grew up in a Powerful, Politically connected Family. Lied and Cheated his way to where he is today.
He is going to get what he deserves. (In this Life, or the next.)

They have proven that he is a lying scumbag POS.What they have not shown was solid evidence that he commited the murders.He very well may be guilty,but so far no beyond a reasonable doubt evidence that I have seen.It is hard to believe the way he got away screwing clients and assoicates over.This trial shows how bad there needs to be reforms in the legal system,especially the ambulance chasing lawyers.Those reforms will probably never come because most of the people in politics that make the laws are already lawyers.

First, he is not on trial for lying or theft. That will come later. The prosecution has not proven that he committed murder. Sure hope I am never tried by you guys.

There is enough circumstantial evidence surrounding this double murder, that leads me to believe he did it. The location/cell phone evidence is damning. He was also on audio a few minutes before the killing, which he lied about, up until taking the stand the other day, in which he agreed he had lied to investigators. 🤔
His overall life behavior up until this point, also lends credence to the fact, that he did it. (He is a Classic Sociopath.) IMHO.
Although his Defense team argued against it, his other admitted Crimes, were admitted to the case, (by the Judge.) because they show a pattern of behavior. (Showing a pattern of Lying and lack of respect for the Law in general.)
The Prosecutor, did a Masterful job of showing that and tying it all together when the Defendant took the stand yesterday.

clays, I agree that lying and especially theft has been a larger part of the trial than it should. While my feeling is that he did it, I still think a hung jury is a possibility. I think the prosecution has done less than a steler job - much as O.J.'s. Despite O.J. being guility (my opinion) the verdict was correct. The prosecution did a poor job.

If he escapes Justice in this World, he will get Justice in the next.

Well put, Ken. I think he will be found guilty.
He is also facing 740 years in prison for all of his financial crimes. Even if he skates on the murder charge, he will never get out of the state pen. If these financial crimes were Federal, he would be sent to a "Country Club" Federal Prison Camp. But these are state crimes. The State Pen is not a good place for a 54 year old lawyer.

Honestly, I had the opinion he did it but I didn’t think he would be convicted.
reasonable doubt is a very human interpretation
the thing that hung him was the video his son Paul had shot prior to being executed
