Custom Rifle by Kelen Leake?

I recently purchased a custom Winchester Pre-64 Model 70 (pictured). Engraved in script on the barrel is "Kelen Leake, Colorado." I assume he's the smith who built the rifle, but an Internet search turns up no information on this person. Does anyone have any info on this smith or know anything about his custom firearms? Thanks in advance for any info.

  Beautiful rifle and it badly needs a gloss Leupold scope rather than the matt finish one that is on it.
