It was down for maintenance day before yesterday for me. Good thing I have a "backdoor" way to get into the forums!

I tried to look at an auction somebody posted the other day and got a "we will be back shortly" message a day or two ago, didn't last long before it was back up.

It was not routine maintenance, or we would have had warning.
I don't know and can't explain the technical part of it, but something in the "gateway" broke and had to be repaired.
I would rather have Support actually fixing the problem than taking the time to explain it to everyone, THEY DID GOOD!!!

Had that same problem on the farm. Rusty wire holding the gate to the fence post would sometimes break and I would have to cut a new piece of barbwire and wire it back up. Guess that would happen more often with all the traffic the auction side gets.
