not gonna make it to range today, but...
as I was sorting stuff out on the reloading bench, ammo cabinet I found my old limbsaver recoil pad, I had it on an old CVA double barrell 12 ga muzzleloader I used to rabbitt hunt with. it melted to the ziploc bag I had it in like those old fishing worms used to do. I remembered a thread here not to long ago someone mentioned they were covered under warranty. I found the phone number and a nice young lady answered and said if I would send her a picture, e-mail they would send me a new one, as he new of the problem and claimed they got a bad batch of rubber. I told her it might be a few days as I would have to find someone to e-mail the pictures as I don't own a cell phone, she got quiet for a second and then said she would go ahead and send one and not to worry about the pictures. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I thanked her and told her how much I appreciated first a real person answering the phone and second for her bending the rules about the pictures, she politely said it was her job and thanked me anyway.

I am going through an Independent Company, for a Cookware set bought off an Amazonian. 😉
After an initial positive communication via phone, I sent them photo's of the damage to one of the pieces, my shipping label address, their Co's Label on the outside of the box, listing their item # for the set/color etc. (What they had requested.) Everything.
They are now requesting/demanding an "invoice" from the Amazonian 😉 in question. Anyone who has ordered from them knows, you do not get/receive any paperwork/invoice with your order.
Now have to find an Amazonian 😉 willing to send them an E-mail on my behalf. Sigh.......................
Photo's show the package, with "Prime," markings, my Shipping label, their Co's shipping info incl. item #, color and photo's of the damage to a piece from the set. C'mon now. They know it's theirs and it's clearly damaged. Please send me a replacement piece.

Werms have feelin's too, buy a bait box, feed 'em and keep 'em cool. When fishin' season is over set 'em free in a shady spot under a tree, I do, they deserve it. Ya' kin always dig 'em back up in the spring.

KenK/84 Bravo If you go to Amazon and click on orders for your item, in the grey area above your item you will see View Invoice you can print it out, hope this helps.

He left his fishing worms in a plastic bag where they suffered a horrible slow death. I suggested he turn them loose if he isn't gonna use em.
