He will ask for unity while telling the opposition they are the cause of all of America's problems and that they are evil, wish to overthrow the Republic, and refuse to clear up the disgusting dandruff problem in their daughters' hair which severely aggravates his allergies.

Need to add: Placing blame for his failures and poor decisions on members of GOP and the sycophants in the media will declare the speech as magnificent and ignore his bungles.

Citing the young man who courageously disarmed the nightclub shooter of his semi-auto pistol, followed a second later by 'BAN ASSAULT WEAPONS!!!!!'.
I am unsure if this was simply a pair of sort of connected statements or if his writers a paving the way to classify semi-auto pistol now as assault weapon.
I was surprised at how well Uncle Joey performed. I thought the contents of the speech mostly laughable, but he got through it with fewer screw ups than I expected.
