(Canadian) Liberals walk back controversial amendments to gun control bill
Sounds like our Northern neighbors have had some words with their leaders!!!!!

"Amendment G4 aims to expand the list of prohibited firearms by including its definition to ban firearms “… t hat is a rifle or shotgun, that is capable of discharging centre-fire ammunition in a semi-automatic manner and that is designed to accept a detachable cartridge magazine with a capacity greater than five cartridges of the type for which the firearms was originally designed.”
Amendment G46 is a voluminous 300-page amendment cataloging specific banned firearms in the legislation, ranging from those banned in the 1990s through May 2020."

It was quite an uproar from what I saw in the news.
If the amendments had passed the Eskimos would have had to go back to hunting with bows and arrows as all hunting rifles would have been banned.

The list was so egregious it went so far as to include single shot rifles based on caliber chamberings.

I seen several reports he included a one off gun made by some fellow in Florida many years ago and he still has it
Looked like a single shot Like a pen gun he called a butt something or other but it was listed as banned in Canada by name on there banned list
The fellow was wondering how Canada even knew about it hinting our government had been file sharing was the only answer

I lost all respect for Trudeau when I saw how he ran around biting on President Trumps back to all the World Leaders at the G8/Nato Conference (not sure).
He and his dad remind me of unpleasant memories of Mario and King Cuomo. What a POS he is -----Ray
