Magnifiers

We have a SIG Romeo 4S and would like to add a magnifier with it. Looking at the SIG Juliett 5. I take it being the same manufacture the magnifier will line up with the Romeo? What about other brand magnifiers, can you mix match red dots and magnifiers of different brands? Thanks.
