The police sue Afroman
Ok this is a bit of a crazy winding story, but here goes. Afroman is a rapper. Suspicion of drug possession is super likely, but the cops got a warrant for drug trafficking and kidnapping and raided his home. As you can imagine, the rapper wasn't too keen on that. So what he did was make a video about the raid using surveillance footage of the raid. The video is actually pretty hilarious and even if you don't like rap music (it's mostly just sing-songy commentary/question asking) you may enjoy watching this because of how funny the commentary is (I think you have to see the video). You may simultaneously be appalled (if not surprised) at some of the actions of the police.
Anyway, This article explains the backstory of the video, from a libtard slant. I haven't really found anything that tells what justification the police used to obtain the warrant.

A police search of the rapper's Ohio home didn't lead to charges, but spawned music videos, merchandise, theft accusations and an invasion of privacy lawsuit. Afroman tells NPR he plans to countersue.

When "Warrants" are Served and Property is damaged and nothing is found. Then YES, the Party that suffered damages to their property should be made whole. IMHO.
*For LEO's to come in, (Breaking your Stuff) find Nothing, Leave and just say "Sorry." (Most likely not even saying that,) is WRONG.

I had never heard of the guy, and I am sure he is no Boy Scout, but they should make it right. I watched his song 'But I Got High' and it was pretty funny. I don't condone that lifestyle but it seems to work for him.

A lot I have seen the cops put up with way more than I could but a all % they are the problem
With that said if I was a Leo today I would definitely error on the side as in I am going home at shift end No matter what
