Dealers ever notice if...?
You submit a support ticket and time after time it falls on deal ears and nothing is ever made better for you , BUT if you try to ask for help here here you get shut down and told to send in a support ticket...nice GB merry-go-round huh ?

Uhhh.... Maybe it is because the forums have NOTHING to do with the auction side. Perhaps if you did some research yourself you would know this.

I am a dealer. From time to time, I have had to seek help from Support. Usually, the problem was resolved within a week. Sometimes, it did appear that nothing was being done, but eventually there was. Sometimes, it was an issue that just had to play out, and nothing anyone can do would fix it.
BTW, when you make an Support request, do it ONCE and wait. Re-submitting pushes your request tot he bottom of the pile, so don't do it.
