Promoted to Level 1?......Really?
To clarify for readers and contributors, I received a recent email celebrating my undeserved promotion to Level 1 simply for joining the forum and asking a few simple questions as a new user. Mind you I am not woke nor do I like the newly found Wokeism presently in vogue in the USA.
The response to the email was as follows:
Hello,…… Really! I don’t believe in participation awards. The promotion is meaningless even if only presented in fun. Most all promotions of any sort should be taken seriously and most require some dedicated endeavor on the part of the candidate seeking the promotion. Actually somewhat insulting. Has GB gone woke? You should see how bitchy my dog gets, before his morning coffee and cigarette!!!! Welcome to the forums. We're just a bunch of regular Joe's that like to converse a few times a day.
