  lots of u-tube videos on these, seems the reviews aren't so good, either you love yours, or you have a jammomatic. Some of the problems can be fixed by good cleaning/polishing of the internals. the few reviews I read parts are like hens teeth and factory service/repairs almost nonexistant. Good luck with your. let us know if things work out
