    Thanks, Joe.

Unfortunately, I really do want this one. 😣

Do I need it, No. I'm at the point, that I do not NEED any more firearms. (I believe this one will appreciate in value.) Willing to risk it. I've done pretty well in the past on this issue.

I've wanted one for quite a long time. (This one, is speaking to me.) I hope it does not go to the Unobtainium level.

I knew it would not come cheap.

    Wishing you the best of luck as it goes down to the wire. If I was in the market I would be looking at this one;

Remington XP-100 Bolt Action Pistol 223 Rem. 14" BBL Wood Thumb-Hole Stock - Single Shot Pistols at GunBroker.com : 973455448
Buy Remington XP-100 Bolt Action Pistol 223 Rem. 14" BBL Wood Thumb-Hole Stock: GunBroker is the largest seller of Single Shot Pistols Pistols Guns & Firearms All: 973455448

I sort of have it covered because I have a Super 14 Contender in 223 with a Burris scope that just sits in the safe now. So I probably don't need another safe queen but it is tempting! Bob

How much more time before you win it... Positive thoughts my man

    Already Bookmarked that one @BobJudy.

    Thanks @austin20.

It ends at 8pm. (Roughly 20 min. from now.) Watching it intently. Been a long time since I have wanted a firearm so badly. (That's Bad.)

    I Like this one.

    Score!! She's mine. 😁

    $1125.

$351 below my last "Max Bid." (My previous Max Bid would have taken it.)

I wanted this one bad. I'm liking this. πŸ‘

    Thank you, Joe.

    Yeah, I'm pretty happy. 😁

Considering what the various other XP100's (in various configurations) were going for, I am Very Happy. πŸ‘

Thank you all. I saw it going in the $1300-1500 range. (Worst case scenario.)

I wanted it, and was determined I was taking it. I've wanted an XP100 for a long time now. This one spoke to me.

    Very pleased/happy.

    Woo Hoo.........................................................!!!

*By Far, Nicest one I have run across.

For the price of ammo you can put it on the couch next to your Kahr and look at it.

"Coulda, woulda, shoulda - second place is still a loser." You only go 'round once in dis world. If you miss da ring, ya' don't git a second chance. I've been waiting for another pristine first model production '73 Winchester now fer neigh onto five years. And I ain't gittin' no younger neither.

I'm fully blaming elubsme for this commitment to win it. I read his post and thought "Dang it. I want it, I'm gonna take it." Within reason. πŸ™„

Picked it up at my FFL, this am before heading in to work. Very pleased with what I received. 😁

What a Work of Art. Just Gorgeous. πŸ‘

The absolute BEST Trigger I have ever pulled. Very, very light pull. No creep, breaks like a small glass rod. (Can't get over what a nice trigger it has.) No surprise really, given that the former owner was competing in the NRA National Steel Silhouette Championship Series. (2001/2002 stickers attached.) [Serial # 3380, if that means anything to anyone.]

Just thrilled to have finally scratched that XP-100 Itch. (And a beautifully modified Competition piece to boot.) Very pleased with what I got it at. (Compared to the various stock XP-100's up for auction.)

Wish I had the soft case that these normally come with, (But) it was not listed and I was not surprised it was not included. πŸ˜”

Ammo should show up in about a week. Can not wait, to shoot it.

Ordered ammunition, through Hendershots, not sure who gave me the link, but Thank You. (I will go back and look.) Have the Website, saved to my "Notes," for future orders. Very nice/helpful folks.

May have to take up reloading for this one. (7mm Remington BR.) Roughly $3.00/round+ commercial.

Thrilled to have won it and brought it home. 😁

Seriously, Why do you even post to my threads?

Grow up and give it a break already.

If there was any fault with the original XP100 design it was the trigger. Because of the need for a link added so the trigger could be moved forward like it has, some complained about the factory trigger. A competent gunsmith could do wonders as far as improving it and it sounds like yours, fortunately, has had this work done.

Once you give it a try, be sure and give us a range report. This topic caused me to dig out my TC Super 14 but the weather has sucked for the last couple of weeks so I haven't made it to the range yet. Bob

Will do @Kevin_L. I have three boxes of 7mm BR coming from Hendershot's. (Very helpful/knowledgeable folks.) There was a two week wait, before shipping. (Production?) I should see them end of this week or early next. I am very anxious to try this puppy out. πŸ€”

Very pleased with my purchase and what I scored it for. πŸ‘πŸ˜

Day off, so I'm oiling it up and fondling it, just now. (The firearm.) πŸ™„

Dang it, now I'm thinking how nice it would be to have one in .308 and .223.

This could be Bad. Very Bad.

On another forum, a guy I know said he knows someone that claims to have "50 XP100's." Thats some serious $$ right there.

I could see how these could get addictive.

You guys will talk me out of it and down though. (Right?)
