Never Marry a Woman w/ Long Hair

Too late, they all had long hair.

Any hand held manual auger will work fine in most cases as the hair is normally within five feet of the sink but commonly within the distance between the sink and drain pipe in the wall (couple of feet).

If your problem is serious or a regular occurrence you may want to spend the extra bucks on an electric one but it won't be cheap as everything has tripled in price over the last three years.

    Good luck

I have always just used a make shift metal coat hanger bent with a small hook on the end. Always has worked well for me. I just pretend that I'm ice fishing!

Now I must say that I thought your post title was going to be another Groner JOKE!! 😁

Stick yer garden hose down the drain and wrap a towel around it to seal the water. Then have yer hairy wife go outside and turn the water on. Situation fixed. BTW you can buy strainers that fit into the tub drain. Yer welcome. Ed

I use a shop vac, works good, but no long hair here.

All three of mine have hair down to their calves. Nightmare. Not just the tub, but the poor vacuum cleaner regularly begs for mercy. Apparently, it’s MY responsibility to use pliers and scissors to cut that stuff out every week. Go figure….

And then there’s hair brushing time for the kids. Anyone with daughters will understand the weeping and gnashing of teeth that goes along with that event. I just go off and hide.

My first wife had hair down to the center of her back . True nightmare to keep the plumbing in working order .

I like the hair monsters they create when they put loose hair on the shower wall and swirl around😜

Haha! I thought that just happened in my house. Good to know it’s universal long-haired female behavior.
