No, he won't. He, like many politicians, don't know when to quit. Most working people look forward to retirement and spending time doing what they want. Why do these people have to keep on? How much power and money do you need?
I would hope that my loved ones would encourage me to give it up and enjoy my remaining years.

I was going to say that few politicians have a spine, but I thought better of that. Few people have a spine. On a whole people, are completely spineless and won't stand for anything they believe in, because it may cost them something.
