Just found out I just got another star.😐️ What I would really like to have is my old account restored and yes I know no one here an help. And still not getting any response from the "other " side.
Signed up and paid for premium membership under new account and no reply there either.

Your Butchdog2 account is still here and it appears to be valid, what happened exactly as to why you can't access it?

Got hacked and won't reset my password. GB says they are replying but not finding it nowhere, spam, grey mail, nada.

By chance did you check out the FAQs How do I... forum ? there are a couple posts on changing passwords and logging in that may help. but if it was the auction side account that got hacked and you can't get into it then they are the only folks that can probably help sorry.

I can ask how to do but can't seem to get a reply back. The did reply about a week or so and said their outgoing mail was working but nothing on this end.

Maybe Admins Joe or HPD can see more than me as a mod but I don't know for sure, hopefully the auction side guys will eventually respond... as a gold member don't you have some sort of better contact with them like a chat or phone feature besides regular members support email?

With 2 auction accounts, and two forums accounts, and have auction support handling it there's not much I can do.
What was it that got hacked? Your auction account? Your e-mail address? What?

Supposed to have a chat line but can't see that it is activated right now, been over a week.
All is ok either way. Only issue is current active account I am a NR bidder.

When the forum restructured a few years back. I lost access to being able to log back on also. Had to set up a new acct. Lost about 11,000 posts and had to come up with a new/modified user name and password.
Been there done that Brother.

Until new reset a few years ago I could never get to set up a forum account, had a GB account.
After reset I got in under Butchdog2. Was plain ole Butchdog in the beginning 20 plus years ago.
