  Thanks. It's an attempt to make for a quick reference. There is still a ton of information in post by Mark. Each one of his many shameless plugs contains more information.

  I don't really want to bring those into the new thread, I feel it would become too much of a mixed box of nuts and bolts. On the other hand, so much info. is hidden in all the shameless plugs that it would take a guy days of searching through.

  Should I leave well enough alone, or ?? Suggestions welcome.
