They 're also trying to make it illegal for the China and other bad Countries to buy farmland in the State of Montana.

I've gotten several texts wanting to buy my inherited woodland in Arkansas. My sister who lives on her portion of the farm says it's common knowledge that the Chinese are behind the farmland buying frenzy going around there. They even went to the trouble to look up the correct parcel numbers and find my cell phone number.

I don't think they always have been, but shortly after WWII on I'd say that is accurate. Communism rose in the vacuum that was left after we cleared the Japanese out.
