My younger Granddaughter and softball
This girl earned the nickname "The Beast" when she played basketball in Jr High. She has also played volleyball, and now also softball. 2 nights ago she struck out 53 hitters for a yearly total so far of 151 strikeouts. She has set a goal of 175 for the year. At this pace, I think she'll hit her goal without a problem.
Every time either one of the girls plays a game the opposing coaches always want them both to switch teams.
I'm very proud of both of them and their multiple talents. 😁😁

Athletics sure does keep the kids tired!! Tired kids don't get in much trouble!!😁 In my experience, athletics = good kids!!

Anybody remember the "Myth busters" episode where they tested the impact of a softball vs baseball?
They brought a female softball pitcher in for the test. She was tall and lovely, very feminine until she wound up and fired that ball.
Destroyed the target frame they had built. 😎
Boys didn't know what to say.
